Yes we do keep in contact while your horse is en route. Usually we contact clients once a day with updates.

What do I need to do to prepare my horse?

  • Make sure to give us all contact names and phone numbers when you schedule the trip.
  • Make sure that people at the pick-up and destination locations are fully aware of the shipping plans.
  • Make sure paperwork is current and ready to go when the horse is picked up. Have an authorized person available to sign necessary forms at the pick-up location.
  • Make sure the horse is ready to leave when we arrive at the pick-up location.
  • Make sure proper identification is on every horse we’re picking up.
  • Make sure we know of any health problems or personality quirks your horse may have.
  • If you are shipping equipment with your horse, make sure to have your own help there to load and unload.
